This dedicated research site was taking on a type 2 diabetes study for the first time. They were not meeting their enrollment goals because of the difficult Inclusion/Exclusion criteria. After using another service who sent over 100 referrals but 0 randomized they came to us!
This study was unable to meet their enrollment goals and had exhausted their internal efforts and had used other vendors to no avail. They only had $1,500 left in their recruitment budget.
